This unique spirit is crafted by Endless West, a company known for using science and technology to create modern spirits. Classified as a Molecular Spirit or Spirit Whiskey (depending on the label), it’s made using a special “note-by-note” method where flavor and aroma molecules are sourced directly from plants and yeasts. The result is a spirit inspired by the rich and smooth taste of American Bourbon whiskey.

Instead of aging for years in wooden barrels, this whiskey starts with a neutral-grain corn spirit similar to vodka and gains its barrel-aged flavors—like oak and spice—at the molecular level. This innovative process takes less than 24 hours compared to traditional whiskey production that can take decades, and it uses far less water, land, and CO₂, making it a sustainable and eco-friendly choice.

Usually bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof) in a 750mL bottle, it offers a medium body with inviting notes of cinnamon bark, cherry, oak spice, toffee, and caramel along with a hint of banana on the nose.
