Elijah Craig Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey is crafted by Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, and comes in a 750ml bottle with 47% alcohol (94 proof). It’s made from at least 51% rye grain, blended with 35% corn and 14% malted barley, creating the perfect balance of spicy rye and smooth sweetness. This whiskey is aged longer than the legal minimum in new charred American oak barrels, giving it an “extra-aged” character and deep, complex flavor.

Each sip offers notes of dark chocolate, baking spices, honey, and oak, along with subtle hints of brown sugar, citrus, and black pepper. The taste is rich and layered, while the finish is long and smooth, leaving traces of vanilla, toffee, and dark chocolate. Named after Elijah Craig, the 18th-century distiller credited with pioneering the use of charred oak barrels, this rye whiskey proudly carries on his legacy.
