Crystal Head Vodka (750Ml)

Description

You can spot Crystal Head from across the room. The clear glass bottle is shaped like a skull. Actor Dan Aykroyd and artist John Alexander created the brand in 2008.

The vodka starts with Peaches and Cream corn grown in Chatham, Ontario. It is distilled four times in St. John's, Newfoundland. Water from Newfoundland brings it down to 40% ABV, or 80 proof. Then it is filtered seven times. The last three passes run through Herkimer diamonds, a type of quartz crystal.

Nothing is added. There are no sugars, oils, glycerol or artificial flavors. It is gluten-free and Kosher certified, with about 70 calories per 1 oz (30ml) pour.

On the nose you'll find neutral grain and a delicate touch of citrus. The sip feels silky, with a hint of sweetness and vanilla. It ends sweet and creamy.

This ultra-premium vodka took a Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2017. It added a Silver there in 2022.
