Description

Cîroc Red Berry is a flavored vodka made from French grapes. It is distilled five times, with the last run in a copper pot still. That gives a clean, smooth base that lets the fruit shine.

The vodka is infused with raspberry and strawberry essences plus other natural flavors. The US bottle is 35% ABV, a little lighter than the European one.

Open the bottle and ripe berries fill the air, with a jammy raspberry edge. The palate is sweet and juicy. Raspberry leads and strawberry rounds it out. The finish stays sweet, and raspberry lingers for a while.

Keep it in the freezer and pour it cold, or serve it over ice. It mixes easily with lemonade or soda for a fast summer drink. It also makes a pretty berry martini. Cîroc's own idea is the Berry Bon Voyage, with cranberry, lime, peach liqueur and soda water.
