San Matias Tequila

San Matias Rey Sol Tequila is produced in reverence for the glory of the sun, by the Casa San Matias distillery. A deep appreciation for the sun’s shining splendor is shown in the high level of care used in the distilling process, which uses agave grown for up to 10 years in the red soil found in the highlands of Jalisco.

Precision is the key to Rey Sol Tequila’s pure and delicious flavor, and each batch is baked for the same length of time and at the same temperature to ensure consistent excellence. Natural spring water and a careful fermentation in white American and French oak barrels are the final touches on this ultra-smooth spirit.

Rey Sol Tequila is bottled in unique sun-shaped bottles designed in collaboration with legendary Mexican artist Sergio Bustamante.
