Description

The Mortlach 12 Year Scotch Whisky is subtitled The Wee Witchie, named after a miniature still used to distill part of the spirit. Aged in both bourbon and sherry casks, for a distinctly rich and robust character that fans of Mortlach know and love. Weighty, and fruity with notes of toffee throughout. This particular expression was revealed alongside the 16-year-old Mortlach and 20-year-old. At 43.4% ABV, Morthlach's 12 year is a lovely entry-level scotch whisky that represents a more modern take on the character and spirit of the distillery.
