Calirosa crafts traditionally inspired Tequila with a California style spin. For generations, the family of this select tequila have tended to the land and its agaves and the craft of tequila-making. Calirosa tequila is made with 100% blue agave and aged in California Red Wine Barrels. The fusion of the traditional Mexican spirit and its California twist results in a tequila with a beautifully unique rosy glow and a distinctively smooth taste. Calirosa Añejo is aged for eighteen months in California red wine barrels. The process not only imbues a beautiful deep rose hue, but also leaves the spirit with a unique palate with notes of vanilla, caramel, cocoa, and nutmeg. The palate is full-bodied and well-rounded with additional toffee and cinnamon notes. Sip neat, over ice, or craft a Mexican Boulevardier.
