At the Belmont Farm Distillery, Climax Moonshine is produced in a genuine copper pot still instead of a massive column one. This Pot still whiskey is handled slowly and with great care, resulting in the fine aroma and taste of fresh whiskey. Tim Smith Southern Reserve comes from a Smith’s double rye recipe he’s perfected over the years in partnership with Two Trees Distilling. A beautiful amber red, Tim Smith Southern Reserve Whiskey is a mild rye blend with sweet corn.
