Tim Smith Southern Reserve comes from a Smith’s double rye recipe he’s perfected over the years in partnership with Two Trees Distilling. A beautiful amber color, Tim Smith Southern Reserve Bourbon is a mild rye blend with a high sweet corn ratio. The palate offers notes of caramelized sugar and vanilla which shift into a pleasing, soft wheat flavor. The finish lingers with hints of sweet honey.
