Mezcales de Leyenda San Luis Potosi is made out of salmiana agave known as verde. This wild agave has a unique flavor. This large agave takes about 7-10 years to reach maturity. The master mezcalero, Juan Jose Hernandez, was taught from professionals. Mezcales de Leyenda San Luis Potosi has scents of herbs, bell peppers, chillis, and jalapeno. The flavors of this mezcal are slightly sweet, they have strong mineral notes, and are slightly smoked.
