Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve is the bold big sibling of the classic Knob Creek. Distillers hand-pick single barrels and bottle each one unblended.

Like the original, it is aged nine years in charred oak. It is bottled at 120 proof, much stronger than the standard 100. Each barrel is a little different.

Expect rich vanilla and caramel on the nose, with a touch of smoke and oak. The palate brings bold vanilla, char and oak. The finish leaves a long, full warmth.

Malt Advocate gave it 94 points. Sip this full-bodied bourbon neat, or add a splash of water or one cube. Fans of high-proof whiskey will love it.
