Kaiyo "The Signature" Mizunara Oak Japanese Whisky is aged in Mizunara oak casks, some of the finest in the world. A unique double maturation and double distillation process is combined with a 3-month period spent at sea on a journey from Osaka to Liverpool. The end result is an intensely complex whisky, and with no age statement or distillery on the label, it'll keep you wondering just how this Japanese whisky became so good. Aromas of honey and Mizunara oak with grassy notes. The palate is complex, with ground spices, vanilla, honey, and sandalwood.
