Cocktail Caviar comes from Unifying Spirits. Brothers Steven and Jay Hollenkamp started it because they loved boba tea. They turned that idea into tiny pearls filled with flavored spirit. Each one pops when you bite it.

The Lychee pearls taste of sweet, juicy lychee with a tropical fruit edge. At 12.5% alcohol, they add a gentle kick rather than a strong pour.

Drop a spoonful into a piña colada, a margarita or an aperitivo spritz. They also work in punch, shots and bubble tea. You can even float them in a glass of Moscato, Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc.
