LADY DRINKS OF THE NIGHT

When it comes to having a drink, there are so many different options out there today. There are especially a lot of drinks geared just towards women. You will be delighted with the fun and tasty drinks you can ask for when you go out, and how you’ll find a new favorite drink. A ‘Mint Julep’ is a very popular choice. Mint has become so used in the alcohol industry that it has taken over so many drinks. Using fresh mint leaves is best when having this drink so it will taste the best. If you’d like to make it on your own, all you have to do is take the mint leaves from 4 sprigs, 2 sugar cubes, 2 ½ oz. of bourbon, and muddle the mint and sugar together. Then you would add the bourbon and ice for a very refreshing drink. If you enjoy coffee and alcohol, then an ‘Irish Coffee’ is a great drink to have. It is super strong so watch out. It mixes 2 oz. of Bailey’s Irish Cream, 6 oz. of hot coffee, and Irish Whiskey. It will surely wake you up if you were tired before. Don’t forget about the ‘Mimosa.’ They are delicious and easy to make. You use equal parts champagne and orange juice. Always make sure to pour the champagne first. Add a strawberry for a yummy garnish. For a fun and pretty drink, there is ‘The Dirty Shirley.’ It will give you some nostalgia from your childhood. All it uses is 1 oz. of vodka, 5-6 oz. of Sprite, and a dash of grenadine syrup. Add a cherry on top. It is just delightful. ‘Apple Martini’s’ are amazing! The taste is refreshing and delicious. It’s made with 1.5 oz. Apple flavored vodka, 1 oz. Sour apple liqueur or apple flavored schnapps, dash Midori, 1 oz. pineapple juice, 1 oz. apple juice, 8 ice cubes, and a shaker. Add everything together, and then strain it and enjoy. A bit of a fun alternative would be a ‘Nutty Apple Cocktail.’ It’s great for fall or any time of the year. To make it, you’ll use 1 oz. Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur, 1 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps, 1 oz. Kahlua Coffee Liqueur, ½ oz. 99 Apples Liqueur, 2 ½ oz. International Delight French Vanilla Creamer, and ice. Just mix everything and drink. Enjoy your lady cocktails.
