It’s made with 3 oz. crème de cassis, 1 bottle of champagne, and 6 strips of tangerine or orange zest. Add a little sour flavor into your life with a ‘Pear-Lemon Fizz.’ It’s made with ice cubes, ½ oz. pear vodka, ¾ oz.

Lemon Verbena Simple Syrup, ½ oz. fresh lemon juice, ½ cup champagne, and 1 fresh lemon verbena leaf for garnish. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add vodka, syrup, and lemon juice. Shake and then strain into a glass. Top off with champagne and garnish with the lemon verbena. Your next party will be talked about for weeks to come after you make these special treats.
