Description

Insoglio del Cinghiale Toscana is a fantastic red blend made in collaboration with the legendary oenologist (winemaking researcher) Michel Rolland, just a few miles from the coastal town of Bibbona. The grapes that contributed to this vintage are grown in vineyards that benefit from the sandy terroir of the Upper Maremma. This bottle is made using a blend of 32% Syrah and a mixture of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. This bottle received over 90 points from both Wine Advocate and Wine & Spirits, and is richly bodied with a palate of dark fruits, spicy oak, and floral notes. Enjoy with slightly chilled with game dishes, rich stews, or barbecue.
