Created through the partnership of three experienced distillers, Corazon Expresiones George T. Stagg Barrel Anejo Tequila is the world's first tequila barrel expression, an amazing Anejo that is aged for 22 months in George T. Stagg barrels. These famous barrels are used for world-class spirits like Old Rip Van Winkle, Buffalo Trace, and Sazerac Rye. Sourcing the perfect Los Altos agave, this Anejo contains a fruity and herbal nose that balances cooked agave supported by caramel and oak. The mid-palate contains a kick of cinnamon and chocolate harmonized with green apple before a sweet and long finish. Corazon George T. Stagg Anejo Tequila is a delightful experiment made in collaboration with Master Distiller Miguel Cedeno Cruz, Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley, and tequila expert David Grapshi.
