Kyoto Sour is made with Gekkeikan Haiku sake, lemon juice, and agave nectar. The ingredients are as follows: 2 grapefruit slices, 2 dashes of green Tabasco sauce, 3 ounces of Gekkeikan Haiku sake, ½ ounce of lemon juice, freshly squeezed, ¾ ounce of agave nectar, garnish with a grapefruit slice and mint leaves. The recipe is quick and easy to make: one needs to squash grapefruit slices into a shaker with green Tabasco sauce, add sake, lemon juice, and agave nectar with ice and shake until well-chilled, strain into a whiskey glass filled with ice, and garnish with grapefruit slice or mint leaves.  

Annie Oakley is a delicious and herbal cocktail that uses Chareau, a California liqueur that uses farm-fresh ingredients, aloe, cucumber, lemon peel, muskmelon, and spearmint. The dry sake and a hibiscus-thyme shrub (1 cup of white sugar with 1 cup of white wine vinegar concoction using ½ dried hibiscus flower and 24 thyme leaves cooked together), finish off the cocktail. One should try dry sake for this cocktail. Here are the metrics of the cocktail - 1 ounce of dry sake, ¾ ounce of Chareau aloe liqueur, 2 ounces of hibiscus-thyme shrub, and garnish with a thyme leaf. The cocktail is very easy to make. One needs to pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled, strain into a whiskey glass filled with ice, and garnish with thyme.
